Please store all hats/boaters flat when not in use. Do not bend/mis-shape/crush any part of a hat/boater.

Please store all headpieces in their provided dust bags and packaging, out of direct sunlight, when not in use to prevent damage.

Do not attempt to clean any of our hire pieces as each item has different requirements, and could potentially cause damage. Any additional cleaning fees required will be charged to the customer upon inspection at return (to our discretion).

No adjustments/alterations are to be made to our pieces (pinning or hemming). Do not bend the hat/boater - store flat. Do not remove elastic band used to secure headpiece.

Treat garments with care and be cautious whilst wearing fake tan, makeup and perfume, also whilst around food and drinks. Please avoid areas with smoke.

No shipping is available for this product.

To avoid disappointment, book with at least 48 hours notice. If booking within 48 hours of the event date, contact us via Instagram to ensure pick up from your preferred location is possible.

Drop off return must be completed by the 3rd day of the hire period unless discussed otherwise prior to booking.

Postage return must be completed the first business day following the nominated event date at time of booking unless discussed otherwise prior to booking.
