This hire piece is extremely delicate causing it to be more susceptible to damage. Avoid contact with heavily embellished items, sharp surfaces, or chunky jewellery to minimise the risk of damage. Be cautious with cross body bag straps. Take care not to snag the material. Please keep in mind, due to the sensitive nature of this product, it may be subject to arrive with small imperfections (please contact us prior to booking your hire for photos of the condition).

All initial cleaning fees are included in the hire fee and undertaken by a professional dry cleaner.

Do not attempt to clean any of our hire pieces as each item has different requirements, and could potentially cause damage. Any additional cleaning fees required will be charged to the customer upon inspection at return (to our discretion).

No adjustments/alterations are to be made to our pieces (pinning or hemming).

Treat garments with care and be cautious whilst wearing fake tan, makeup and perfume, also whilst around food and drinks. Please avoid areas with smoke.

Express return postage is available Australia-wide for $30.

A prepaid express satchel will be provided to you with your hire piece.

Please book the hire piece for the date it is needed (the event date) so that it can be express posted on time. The customer mustn't book any earlier that the date of their event. 

Express post via AusPost has delivery time frames that RENTING E M are aware of and abide by. If the customer decides to book, with the nominated delivery method of postage, with 4 or less business days to non-regional or 6 or less business days to regional areas, before their event date; they are accepting full risk of the hire piece arriving late.

Please provide instagram handle and preferred location for pick up at time of booking in the notes. To avoid disappointment, book with at least 48 hours notice. If booking within 48 hours of the event date, contact us via Instagram to ensure pick up from your preferred location is possible.

Drop off return must be completed by the 3rd day of the hire period unless discussed otherwise prior to booking.

Postage return must be completed the first business day following the nominated event date at time of booking unless discussed otherwise prior to booking.
